Yes, I actually do but when it comes from a REAL user not when it is just for hate as seen.
The same thing happened some time ago and serious actions were taken: SPAM Rating downgrade on popular products , now the acoounts behaviour and activity are even more evident. Just for the record if it doesn’t tell you anything(at least arouse some suspicion) I don’t know what will do it:

I know maybe he’s trying to get more “popularity” on his themes but as I said him in a comment that’s not the right way and actually it’s kind of unfair and dirty.
