My friend isn’t able to create an account for KDE system on opendesktop. Each time he tries the website shows the message “web service currently unavailable” with an error code 500. he has been trying to create an account for the last three
Some information:
• Browser: chrome
• Network: Local(without VPN)
• not worked on phone nor pc
What address are they using? I just opened up https://www.opendesktop.org/register without any issues.

, btw one more issue he faced now like “the domain is not allowed for signup due to spam” how he can signup now like which email provider he should use to sign-up or he can signup with Gmail or Outlook provider afer some interval ?

We are very sorry for the inconvenience. But due to the high volume of spam, we saw no other option other than to block two of the largest email providers for registration. They are now also the largest sources of spam accounts. I hope you have another mail provider that you can use.
