The problem with update Themes

Seventeen hours ago I updated the “Slot-Dark-Icons” icons and “Slot-Light-Icons”, and on that occasion added over 400 new icons.

However, in “System Settings” and “Discover” did not recognize that the icons were updated.

When I installed these icons in Virtual Machine, the new icons I added, there was no.

Thanks for the information. We’ll let you know when it’s working again.

Hi dschinn-de,

Thank You

P.S.
Please look at: Is this okay?

I think is a general problem with the API now updating or something, several of my products recently updated aren’t showing for update in the KDE’s knewstuff , a curl to a product data still show the old version and it’s what knewstuff downloads

The OCS API is currently working in a limited way. No project or file updates are being displayed. We are working on this issue and will try to resolve it as soon as possible.

Ok, Thank You.

The API should now show the current status again. We have closed the incident.

Yes, that’s it. Thank You very much, dschinn-de!

I have updated some products and they seem to have the same bug, only the previously updated ones work correctly

That’s right, there seems to be a problem in our automated workflow. I have corrected it manually for now. We will monitor this and see how we can improve it.

Hi dschinn-de,

11 hours ago I was updated by 4 Themes: Infinity, Goldy, Gradient, Flight (Plasma Theme, Global-Theme, Icons, Aurorae, GTK …). System Settings and Discovery, they did not recognize the update.

Is it the same error? So, the current files are not provided for download?

I called up the API directly and checked a few of your projects at random. I receive the current file for all of them, at least that’s how it looks to me. If we were offering an archived file, the file name would have a timestamp in front of it. Since that is not the case, I assume that it is the current file.

Example for Infinity Theme:

So, I updated Theme 12 hours ago, but the update option was not offered.

Okay, let’s move on. For this to work, I think you need to include a file version. Did you do that?

In metada.desktop: X-KDE-plugininfo-version = 25.4

Before that was: 25.3 (Update seven days ago)

Screenshot:

I’m not sure if this information is checked at this point. I thought it depended on the file version (information that can be specified additionally in our system). I’ll try to find out.

An hour ago I updated the following Themes and everything is OK.

Screenshot:

But the Infinity Theme is still a problem now, isn’t it?

Yes, like these I have listed in the previous post:
