I just installed the Pling-store. I clicked on Install for a Theme of icons, but it is not doing it. I have given it over 5 minutes then I logoff my Pop! OS account, and log back in, and the icons are still the same.
What am I doing wrong?

Never mind!
Someone somewhere else suggested to use Gnome Tweaks to select/activate the icon theme. It worked!
