Qmake error when building Bigscreen

Trying to build Bigscreen on an HP netbook I have. Using KDE Neon as the distro, all updates done. Going through the instructions on the readme and am stumped at this error when running this part:
cmake … -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release -DKDE_INSTALL_LIBDIR=lib -DKDE_INSTALL_USE_QT_SYS_PATHS=ON

The error is:
CMake Error at /usr/local/share/ECM/modules/ECMQueryQmake.cmake:30 (message):
No qmake Qt5 binary found. Can’t check QT_INSTALL_PLUGINS as required

I have tried all of the solutions I’ve found online to fix Qt5 errors. Installing dependencies, symlinking, etc. I can try to post my error log if needed/wanted. Any help would be appreciated, even if Bigscreen doesn’t work well on this netbook I would at least like to see if I can get that far.
Thanks!

Facing the same error as you on latest Neon KDE. I guess no one will help as you posted on July 20’…
