Problem upload a wallpaper

Hi, i cant upload any Wallpaper more. I will attach a Little Picture to explain the Problem pls help.

It might help if you tell us which browser and operating system you are using.

I try different Systems to upload at most png and jpg files/wallpaper. Linux 64 bit ( Google Chrome , Firefox ) Windows 10 ( 64 bit ) Chrome, Internet Explorer and Edge. greetings

It doesn´t work. i try different Systems and Browser again. When i try to delete a Upload i see a error message. I append a Picture with the ex
