Payout temporary failed for 2 months

Good afternoon. For 2 months now I have an error when receiving funds:

We tried to send the money automatically via the Paypal-API, but we temporarily got an error. We will try the payout again, so please stay tuned.

These 2 months I have different PayPal accounts, but the error is the same.

What’s the matter, Pling team?

I am also facing problems in getting funds. It is already been more than one month. It is really irritating me.
