None of the Plymouth Themes are accessible

When trying to download any Plymouth Theme that’s hosted on Pling (.zip .tar, etc.) the page redirects to an error with same structure:

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

the only ones you can get are .git ones, as they are stored on GitHub.
