Hello, I do not know if we can help there. From our side, the payout is marked as “Completed” in the PayPal account. The display in your account is wrong. Probably a response from PayPal was not processed correctly.
I just received my March payout, but immediately my April payout got the same status (PayPal API error). Do I have to wait another month or can you start the payout manually?

Unfortunately we can not do manuelly payout. Maybe you can check your paypal setting make sure it works next time.

You can also install manually with this process:
download the “.tar.xz”. then open a terminal in the folder where the file was downloaded, and run the command:
kpackagetool5 -t Plasma/LookAndFeel -i name-of-the-theme.tar.xz
