Mute/unmute volume by camera motion detection

Hi Guys,

I’m a noob here is hello, and thanks for having me.

I have a project that i was hoping to use VLC player for but i don’t know if its possible or if it already exists.

I want a video player for android that mutes and unmutes volume when camera detects motion.

If anyone has any ideas on the subject and can help, please feel free to jump in.
