So i have recently become a fan of Mac OS X Snow Leopard’s Design so i want to add a OS X Snow leopard theme to my KDE 4 system.Yet i am only able to find icon packs and not latte dock or global themes etc, any ideas?

Maybe a kvantum theme exist. Kvantum is atheming engine for qt4/5. There could be a theme that matches your request.You need to use google.
Only my personal opinion but the gtk based mate(formerly gnome2) and a matching theme is the closest thing possible to mimic snow leopard.
