Hello there!
I’ve installed cursor theme via Gnome Tweaks tool. But it seems that it doesn’t work in some application, e.g. Discord, Telegram, WebStorm IDE. Cursors there looks like default once.
Any suggestions why? Is there some option to enable custom cursor everywhere via system apps?

Gnome Tweaks: 3.34.0
Installed via: downloaded and put manually into ~/.icons folder then manually selected in Gnome Tweaks app
