I tried to upload files after the site update. The dialog doesn’t have a button to confirm the upload, doesn’t tell that clicking outside the dialog confirms it implicitly nor gives visual feedback about success. Therefore it is very confusing. I tried many times to upload my file, frustrated and wondering how to succeed. When I returned to the files page of my product I noticed that all my unconfirmed attempts were successful, but I had to delete the duplicate files now 
Please add a button to confirm the dialog or tell the user that clicking outside confirms it and give immediate visual feedback on the user’s action.
