How to add a new Add-on Category

Hi,

I would like to add a new ktuberling category in apps add on to be able to provide new playground for ktuberling (M. Patate in french)
I created halloween template (https://blog.linux-azur.org/?p=188) and would like to extend ktuberling program with knewstuff usage.
But now i struggle to create this category ( egg-chicken problem ? )
