Can't upload a file

I’m unable to upload a product. I gives me error 500. Even adding it as a URL fails. The file is 40Kb, so size is not the problem.

I can confirm the issue, no more log to provide…

Getting the same issue with a 0.2MB file

Looks like our fileserver had a little hiccup, I’ve rebooted it and it is happier, can you please test an upload?

Service Update – File Uploads & Downloads Restored

We identified and resolved an instability issue with our file storage system that was causing upload failures.

The root cause was our S3-compatible storage mount becoming unstable under high load. We have reconfigured the service with improved retry handling, better connection management, and automatic recovery
– so it should now be significantly more stable going forward.
