I tried downloading Black Maia Gnome Theme and webpage timed out

I am on Pop!_OS 21.10
Also tried downloading a few different icon sets and samething webpage times out.
Not sure what you mean by webpage timed out, I do know that gnome themes do not play well with Pop! _OS 21.10 without some tweaking.
We were having some server issues over the last few days. I have just downloaded that theme from the webpage without any issues. Can you please try now?
