Can't access my "Profile" and "Settings"

Hi openDesktop/Pling team,
I know that usually you don’t answer my questions/issues, but this particular question is very permissive and I would need some kind of advice or action.

In the last few days I am trying to access my “Profile” and “Settings”, but it always gives the same error each time:

“Web service currently unavailable Error 500”

PS: I’m using Firefox

We try to identify and solve the problem.

We are having trouble reproducing the bug. Perhaps, at first, you can delete your cookies for the website.
And if that doesn’t help, maybe delete the cache or reload the page with the following keyboard commands:

Mozilla Firefox and Related Browsers:

Windows / Linux:

 - Hold the Ctrl key and press the F5 key.
 - Or, hold down Ctrl and ⇧ Shift and then press R.

Mac:

- Hold down the ⇧ Shift and click the Reload button.
- Or, hold down ⌘ Cmd and ⇧ Shift and then press R.

Sounds stupid, I know, but it would help us if we could rule out these problems.
