Cannot login to files (new user)

I have tried:

  • another browser
  • clearing cookies and cache
  • password reset
  • some profile changes
  • login in via (works but still no access to files)

By files, do you mean Products on Pling or ?

We have initiated another synchronisation of your user data. Can you try it again and let us know if it works now?
