Cannot log in via OAuth — "Email has already been taken"

Hello,

I’m unable to log in to Opendesktop.org using the OAuth Opendesktop login.

When I try, I get this error:

422: Sign-in using Oauth Opendesktop auth failed

Email has already been taken

I believe my email is already linked to an older account. Could you please help by linking my OAuth login to my existing account or performing an account synchronization?
