@rvs75 We clicked on Reset Password and got the Email Address, but nothing happened in Email Box. There was no email notification from Opendesktop.org.

@opendesktop Yes. We Check Every Folder In Email. And his Username is Andy2015. We have tried to do it today. But still the same problem.

Thank you very much for this help. I found an email inside the trash. I do not know why it’s in the trash. now i have set up email from Opendesktop. Now I have to reset the password and can login as normal.
