I’ve just tried and been able to upload a file from my PC and via URL, and they both succeeded. Are you able to test again and see if you are still unable to upload?

Okay, let’s take a closer look at that.
It is behind Cloudflare Captcha and therefore asking if the person downloading is a human. The server cannot do the Captcha.
Ops any solution to this for now ?
Not from our side. I have no idea whether you could add the IP address of our file server to a whitelist. On the other hand, we could make it possible to disable the download URL check. But that would not be a priority for us, nor does it seem particularly sensible.
The solution is to not serve it through Cloudflare’s Captcha. Upload the file to your OpenDesktop storage @ https://my.opendesktop.org and share the file from there.
