Add tags for XFCE 4.18 and 4.20

I would like to have tags added for XFCE versions 4.18 and 4.20, as these versions do differ from version 4.16 and as such, some GTK themes that worked well on 4.16 may look off on 4.18 and up.
XFCE 4.20 also introduces stretching for certain window decoration elements.

We have added the tags for XFCE 4.18 and XFCE 4.20 for file upload. Are you still missing elsewhere?
