About the last payment

Good morning, I kindly and respectfully ask for your help. I’m not sure whether this error comes from my PayPal account or from OpenDesktop, but I contacted PayPal and they informed me that my account has no restrictions whatsoever. I would greatly appreciate it if you could try making a manual payment. This is the final payment, and I would not like to lose it.
