Where are the documentation and bugtracker of ocs-webserver?

Since these sites are apparently running GitHub - KDE/ocs-webserver: Webserver for running a software store it would be good to know where is the best place to find documentation, ask for questions, and report issues.

On GitHub - KDE/ocs-webserver: Webserver for running a software store, GitHub Issues is disabled, and Infrastructure/Github Mirror - KDE Community Wiki says

How do I submit “Issues”?
Please file a bug report or wish at http://bugs.kde.org

But Log in to KDE Bugtracking System does not list a ocs-webserver component.
