Due to a problem with my paypal account, I was unable to use my paypal address to receive my last month’s payout. Now I have updated a new address…
Can I receive my last month’s payout now?

We are sorry, but this is no longer possible. Once payment records have been created and the payout was run, they cannot be changed.
