# Unable to Upload Product Files

I have been unable to upload files for a product. There are 4 tar files in the upload, with the largest being 100kb. I get ‘error 0’ on most attempts, and ‘500 internal server error’ the rest of the time.  
Is it something with my files?

I noticed the upload server was quite flaky overnight. I’ve restarted it just now. Can you please let me know how you go over the next 10 hours.

Our upload server having a little trouble at the moment. We are keeping an eye on it, but at the moment the upload should work again.
