Hello dear opendesktop admins, My friend isn’t able to create an account for KDE system on opendesktop. Each time he tries the website shows the message “web service currently unavailable” with an error code 500. he has been trying to create an account for the last three ![1000337301](https://forum.opendesktop.org/uploads/default/original/3X/b/2/b2042452ad65b456d9f69c5c9f39400d3b7faba0.jpeg) days but hadn’t succeeded. What address are they using? I just opened up [https://www.opendesktop.org/register](https://www.opendesktop.org/register) without any issues. ---

We are very sorry for the inconvenience. But due to the high volume of spam, we saw no other option other than to block two of the largest email providers for registration. They are now also the largest sources of spam accounts. I hope you have another mail provider that you can use. ---
