# Unable to log into Opendesktop Cloud

Hi.
I am a new user and have the same issue others have reported. I can log in on [opendesktop.org](http://opendesktop.org) but when trying to access services I am prompted to log in on [my.opendesktop.org](http://my.opendesktop.org) and this does not work. Could you help me with this?
