Invalid Plasma Splashscreens extension.  
Installing /tmp/kUruHl-bg.jpg failed: The resulting package contains no usable metadata and is not a KPackage.

Have you reported this to the theme author? They will be the ones that need to fix the file if it is corrupt or the incorrect extension.
