Edit means what kind of edit?
If suppose you download a photo from a external website and edited it with some effect or something then it will be consider as a copyright ©️ .
If you want without copyright ©️ then create digital art,click photos,or make something then ok.
I’ve quickly looked at your page and every photo has the same title and same description. I’d suggest changing the names so it describe the image, not the fact that it’s original.
Other than that, as long as the photos are your own then I see no problem with the uploads.
