Duplicate products

I just realized that I own some duplicate products, probably some side effect of migration to the new platform some time ago. I would like to ask administrators to migrate the scores and favs (if possible, the downloads made on these duplicates since the time of the migration as well) from these duplicates to the “originals” as people continue to download these “wrong” products that I did not even know existed :

Hi Frank,

unfortunately we cant combine or transfer them, so the easiest way is to disable or delete them to avoid confusion.

And lose all the points gained so far?? no, thanks, they will understand. I’ll keep that.
