# December payout issue

the money has not been deposited in my account in December. what is the reason

We have re-initiated all transfers with errors. If you still see the small red exclamation mark next to the payout month, please hover your mouse over the exclamation mark. A tooltip with a more detailed error description should appear. In most cases, the accounts are restricted or located in countries where we cannot send PayPal payments.
