I am trying to download an archived file, is there a way to do it ?

Yes, it appears to have been archived by the author. If you ask them on the product directly with a comment, they may re-upload it or provide you with the file via an alternate link like using our Nextcloud instance at [my.opendesktop.org](http://my.opendesktop.org).
